What data I process

Only what you fill in the inquiry form: name, phone, e-mail, type of inquiry, your message and, for a gaming PC, budget, games and resolution. A phone number or an e-mail is enough, you don’t need to fill in both.

Why and on what basis

The purpose is to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long I keep the data

I keep an inquiry for at most 1 year. If it leads to an order, I keep the data for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.

Who I share the data with

I don’t share your personal data with anyone. The only processor is the hosting and e-mail provider through which the message reaches me.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies and no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz). Just write to me at the e-mail above.
